Here's a message from the ladies regarding their†personal wellness plans?

We are honored and humbled to accept fittest employees of the month.†This summer, Lisa York asked a group (Lou Ann Schlagel, Charla Hunt, Shemetric Williams) of us if we would be interested in starting a weight loss challenge.† We all knew that we needed to become more health conscious, and this challenge would be a perfect way to help us with accountability.† Emails were sent out campus wide to determine how many participants we would have.† On the first official weigh-in day, we had (15) participants.† The group met every Thursday to weigh in with the help of Ms. Toni LaBeff.† During the weigh-ins, we also had speakers (some former Fittest Employees) that came and gave us weight loss tips to help keep us on track.† These speakers told their success stories and gave us great insight on healthy eating, exercise. †By August 21, the end of the challenge, our group had lost a total of 89.8 pounds!
