Theatre Northeast to perform Over the River and Through the Woods

A stellar cast headlines the current Theatre Northeast production of the charming comedy†Over the River†and Through the Woods, by Joe DiPietro. The show runs February 25-27 at 7:30 p.m. and February 28 at 2:05 p.m. in the ?Onstage Theatre? of the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of 91¿ì»îÁÖ.

The Hit Men to perform holiday show

The Whatley Center for the Performing Arts will feature The Hit Men,†former stars of Frankie Valli & The 4 Seasons, for their Tis The Seasons holiday show.† The event is scheduled for†Monday, Dec. 14 at 7:30 p.m.

The Hit Men are a real rock and roll legacy performers, not the actors from the Broadway shows, but the former stars of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, who toured the world with Frankie back in the day and are now on their wildly successful Reunion Tour across the U.S.

Progressive Women's Organization gives $1,000 to Whatley Campaign

The Progressive Women's Organization of Mount Pleasant recently gave $1,000 to support the 91¿ì»îÁÖ Campaign for the Whatley. Their gift will sponsor a theatre seat in honor of their organization and one in memory of Verner Cornelius. Whatley Center to host free Adler and Hearne concert

The Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at 91¿ì»îÁÖ is pleased to announce that it will host a free concert by the popular duo Adler and Hearne on†Monday, April 27 at 7:30 p.m.†The complimentary performance is sponsored†by†the Texas Commission on the Arts.†

Award-winning performing songwriters Lynn Adler and Lindy Hearne, both natives of Winnsbo
