Northeast Health Sciences Simulation Center is a resource available to students and healthcare professionals to facilitate real patient situations in a life-like setting. We are committed to advancing safe, high-quality, effective patient care throughout all Health Science and the region by integrating cutting-edge simulation technologies into the training of all learners.

Health Science Simulation Center facility includes a Skills Classroom, Conference Room, Hospital Rooms, VR Stations, Birthing Suite, Emergency Room bays, and an Ambulance bay. Designed as a highly flexible dynamic setting, each space simulates real life with realistic headwalls and medical equipment.   

 

Why use simulation?

Simulation has been proven to reduce human error while increasing learner鈥檚 skill development. Simulation allows learners to practic skills in a controlled environment. Simulation offers access to patients on demand.
