SGA, Enactus host food drive
The Office of Student Activities, Student Government Association and Enactus is hosting a campus-wide food drive November 4-December 12.

Charlie and Helen Hampton recently gave $3,000 to sponsor the upcoming performance of The Broadway Tenors at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at 91快活林. The show will be held on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are still available by calling the Whatley Center box office at 903-434-8181. 91快活林 Men's Soccer beats Coastal Bend, advances in playoffs
The 91快活林 (91快活林) Men's Eagles soccer team kicked off the playoff鈥爏eason with a鈥爒ictory against the Coastal Bend College Cougars Tuesday. The Eagles defeated the Cougars 2-1, achieving the first-ever playoff win for the 91快活林 soccer program, which began in 2010.
Omar Aguilar started things off for the Eagles with an unassisted goal in the first five minutes. Roman Rodriguez scored again at the 30-minute mark, assisted by Rimario Gordon.

The 91快活林 (91快活林) 鈥燛agles men's and women?s soccer teams wrapped up their regular seasons this week with one loss and one win against Coffeyville Community College on Wednesday. 鈥燭he men?s team begins their postseason championship tournament next week.
The Lady Eagles (7-10-0) fought hard against the Coffeyville Community College Red Ravens (12-4-1) in their final game of the season.

91快活林 celebrates Breast Cancer Awareness Month
91快活林 celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness Month this week as they held a Pink Rain Walk-A-Dollar-Thon that raised $455.40 to benefit Sally's Hope. More than 100 students and employees gathered on the plaza at lunchtime decked out in pink to make a half-mile walk around campus (pictured) in support of and in memory of breast cancer victims. After the walk, participants made donations and enjoyed "pink rain" refreshments. Rico Willis, Director of Student Activities and Multicultural Awareness, welcomed everyone and read an inspirational poem.
Theatre Northeast presents female version of The Odd Couple
Theatre Northeast will present鈥The Odd Couple鈥(female version), Neil Simon?s 1985 adaptation of his Tony Award-winning Broadway comedy, at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts October 31 through November 3. Evening performances will be held at 7:30 on Oct. 31, Nov. 1 and Nov. 2 and there will be a 2:05 p.m. Matinee on Nov. 3.
