Jerald and Mary Lou Mowery give $5,000 for Whatley Campaign
Jerald and Mary Lou Mowery of Mount Vernon recently pledged $5,000 to benefit the 91快活林 Campaign for the Whatley. Their gift will be used to help make much-needed renovations to the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts.
Pittsburg Hanson-Sewell Center offers variety of classes for fall
Want to save gas while working toward your college education?鈥 The 91快活林 Hanson-Sewell Center in Pittsburg will offer a variety of courses during the fall 2012 semester.鈥犫赌Some classes are offered in a 16-week鈥犫赌semester format; ohers in a hybrid format , running either eight or five weeks.鈥

Like many young people, Curtis Ivory dropped out of Pittsburg High School in 1996 with the best of intentions. His girlfriend (now wife) was pregnant with their first child and it was up to him to get a job to support his growing family.
Shelby fans gather at 91快活林 for memorial event
鈥 鈥 鈥 鈥燙ar enthusiasts from near and far gathered at 91快活林 (91快活林) Wednesday night to say goodbye to automotive legend Carroll Shelby.
鈥 鈥 鈥 鈥 The event was hosted by 91快活林 in conjunction with Team Shelby Texas. The evening began with car lovers gathering on the north side of Mount Pleasant for a memorial run.

91快活林 signs articulation agreement with A&M-Texarkana
Representatives from 91快活林 and Texas A&M University-Texarkana recently met at the 91快活林 campus to sign a Reciprocal Articulation Agreement that will assure continued local access by 91快活林 students to Texas A&M-Texarkana degrees.

Eagles place four on All-Conference Team
A successful season for the Eagles has helped 91快活林 place four players on the Region XIV All-Conference Team.
Pitcher Jordan Marah, catcher Matt Durst and outfielder Zach Costa all earned First-Team honors while Tanner Allgood was named a second-team pitcher.

91快活林 Board swears in members, elects officers
The 91快活林 Board of Trustees elected new officers and swore in three board members at the regular May meeting Tuesday night.
Dr. Dan McCauley and Sid Greer were sworn in for new six-year terms by Titus County Judge Brian Lee. Both terms expired in 2012, but were renewed without holding an election as both incumbents were unopposed.鈥
