For the second year in a row, Texas Heritage National Bank has sponsored a full scholarship for a 91����� Presidential Scholar. Cassidy Watkins, of Daingerfield, has been named the 2017-2018 Texas Heritage National Bank Scholar.

The scholarship covers tuition, fees and books for Watkins? sophomore year at 91�����.
